Store Policy
Items once SOLD cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Once the item is paid for, we process the shipment and send it out within 3 - 4 business days.
- All orders placed between Mondays 12 noon - Thursdays 11:59 pm, will be processed and shipped on Fridays before 12 noon.
- All orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays, will be processed and shipped on Mondays before 12 noon. If there is a postal holiday during the shipping days, the then the shipment will be scheduled to the next business day.
- The delivery timeline is anywhere between 3-7 business days from the shipment date within the United States and 6-10 business days for international shipping. We do not have any control over the actual timeline and it can change based on your shipping selection.
- For international shipping, it is solely customers responsibility to bear the shipping and customs charges imposed by the local government. Antara Weaves will not bear the cost for the customs clearance.
- Once the shipment is processed, we will send the tracking number via text message or an email.
- We carefully inspect and pack every item by making sure that they are damage free.
- Antara Weaves is not responsible for damaged items due to the handling of the shipping services.
- Items cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer is not satisfied with the purchase or made a mistake while ordering.
- There will be 5% charge on any refund offered where the order is processed but not yet shipped. The refund is entertained only in an extremely rare situation.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

- Tax information: A tax rate of 6.625% will be added automatically to the non clothing items for NJ Residents.
- Antara reward points policy
- Antara reward points accumulated from January 1st - June 30th, are available for redemption from August 1st - October 31st.
- Antara reward points accumulated from July 1st - December 31st, are available for redemption from February 1st - April 30th.
- If the points are not redeemed during the given period, they automatically expire.
